My niece will be home today.. :)

Can you see this big wide happy smiiile?

Anna will be home today. I cannot wait. I was sleeping with my parents last night because I can't sleep alone. Sunyi. Anna usually sleep with me with her awful buruk and mengusut. It's OK, I rather be annoyed than being alone at home. Since si Tua is in KB, Dudut are away with Nana and my two brothers stay arah Babu, I'm a loner. I watch cable alone and eat alone. I bake alone and end up eating all of it. (Macam biasa saja.) Boring lah. Boring. Nada life. Haha. BUTTTT, siuk ni karang. Ada kan di kacau. Wahahahah.

Tarra.

Listen.

It feels better after knowing everything. I'm not bias but I pictured it well already and that manipulating wont help solving any matter. Confronting will stop any further complication and avoiding is the worst decision you ever did. Pfffft. They were right.

Ps. Mijah, mana tag board? Haha.

Cough all the way.

I feel like bursting into tears as well as in words. BUT I just can't... It's coming back to me now and I hate to think about it. I know how hurting it is and I just want you to hold on and believe me, I am always be with you no matter how bad it is.

BELLY BELLY BESPREN FOREVER.

I know how cheesy you might think it sounds like but I love my bestfriends and nothing can change that fact. Gosh. Please, makes them strong...

To Dean & Wanah, exam's over! Pay your deed please, we need to go out threegether! I miss you guys.

Ps. Banci ku batuk ani, bagi stress.

There is a first time for everything.

Falan was admitted to ward yesterday for some reason that I don't have right to ammend it here. I feel sorry to both Goh & Falan and hope that everything is OK. Accident happened and no body should be blame. (Blame the situation, cherry pie.)

It was hillarious back in the ward when the nurse took Falan's detail. And I remembered Falan's girlfriend's name well. Complete. Hehe. She's sweet and I'm sure she will look after Falan well in the hospital. Si Falan saja manja tu.

Ps. I come across this on Greg Brendht's book - "The shoe doesn't fit no matter how hard you jam your toes in there, so throw it away."

French or garlic-ish bread?

I'm not kinda sure which one refers to which.

So..WANA is very helpful in the kitchen today even though she might have some confusion over salt/sugar. Kekeke. And instead of the plain garlic/butter/parsley brush on, we have it topped with minced beef & capsicum. (And she don't know what on earth is CAPSICUM!) How does it taste? ...Just say that we ate the first few buns tapuk-tapuk before serving it. (:

Ps. 'Defensive'. Oh btw wan, this is cap-cee-cum. GAGAGA.

Ciao.

Open burning.

Mother nature is raging if you don't stop the open burning baby.
Unsynchronized ecosystem is happenning since forever and we (well it's kinda too late) but hey, the future depends on us. Every little helps. Stop littering and recycling are some of the little efforts that we can start by which helps a lot.

Dee says Im getting weirder by days. kahkahkah.

Wawa Betdey!

So I was very pogotenn oledy!

Last 7th June was my dearest cousin's betdey. Si WA-WA-WA-WA-WA PI. 19 tahun sudah ia idup! Haha. So I throw a bbq and gather amongst us lah and classicnya we had it di kabun which was belly fun! On the eve itself, Wafi and the rest of his siblings, yes, semua anak-anak si jack surrender themselves to us. We had sleepover (if that can be call sleep) and doodee, It was sweet to have us all tidur in one room macam old times. None of anak si jumat ada that night. Your lost wan.. haha.

My mum let them bepencaragam di garage, with all the amps and guitar, we were singing (once more, if that is called singing. haha). I can't describe to detail, si wapi takut. Haha. Plus someone did something to him and man, wrong timing dang... If you are planning to get yourself ditch pun, that is really not the right time. I have all the vidoes from that night, macam orang begambus! haha. talur kamu ani eh.

Bla bla bla, we finally had the bbq the next day di Kabun sama the rest of the kabun geng. Nyamaaaannn, tapi i think i pogot to put the salt, heheh. Thorry. I'll get some of the pictures here soon because...yeah, you guess.

Nonetheless, I love you guys!

SELAMAT PUJA USIA WAWA!

Risoles, Indonesian appetizer.

I am a morning person because I have to. (Not that I want). I have to force my self to get off from that warm comfy blanket early in the morning and you can see me at Beribi's Filling Station everyday at 7 to get something from the kadai kaling apart from juice and newspaper.

For months I have been buying that additive stuff but yet inda tau namanya. It looks like spring roll but it's so different, very yummy. Pasal aku inda suka makan popia thats why. Mayyybe. It's soft with crunchy at the edge of the pastry and wrap the beef and carrot filling so wonderfully. I ask the kaling at the counter tapi I couldn't get the sender's name pasal slangnya terlampau bekulut. I can't get him. Hari-hari urg tanya, baik jua kalingnya inda tampar.

I bought it for almost everyday (which excludes weekend). The packaging comes in four sama bird eye chili. It's greasy but nyamaaaan. My sister randomly guess 'Risoles' and I bing the recipes and I hope its sama. Try it! And for those who know siapa yang buat risoles di Filling Station di Beribi, tell 'em, Nyamaaan!

Risoles Skin:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 eggs
200 ml milk
salt to taste
30 ml oil

In the bowl, sift the flour, make a well and add the rest of the ingredients then whisk into a smooth batter. On medium low heat a small pan, spray with cooking oil and pour the batter in to make a thin skin (crepes), when the surface is done slide the skin on to the plate. The bottom shouldn't be brown and crispy. While the other skin are cooking, place the filling in the skin, brush the top with water then fold the skin. From the bottom to cover the filling, then the left side followed by the right side and roll it all the way to the top Repeat the same technique until all the batter are finished and put aside.

Risoles Filling:
3 medium carrots, peeled and diced
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
3 TB flour
5 TB butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup milk
pinch of black pepper
salt to taste
Heat the wok on medium, add the butter. When the butter melted add the onion and fry until fragrant. Add the carrots, cook until half way done then add the potatoes, salt and pepper, cook until they are just a bit tender. Sprinkle them with flour and stir the until the flour mix troughly, add the milk and the peas. Cook until the filling nice and thick, but not too thick. Adjust the taste.

Next Step after all skin are Filled:
Dip all the risoles in to the flour, set aside.
Dip in the egg batter (3 eggs, mix and add 1/4 cup of milk) then roll the Risoles in the bread crumbs, set aside.

Next Step after all skin are Breaded:
Heat 5 cups of oil in the pan on the med hig heat. Fry the risoles 4 at a time, turn it fast in the oil until golden brown.

READY!

My name is Chucky. I want to be your friend till the end.

Chucky always scared the hell out of me when I was a kid, as I'm sure it did a lot of kids (and some adults probably). A lot of it has to do with the fact that Chucky was all animatronic. If CGI would have been involved it would have been obviously sucked. It just seem so real. The old ways are sometimes better arent it? :) So I am watching the Child Play (yes, yang awal). Gila. I can't describe how does it make me feel. Teriak-teriak jua masih even after all these years.

Get it from Kadai Kominis ah, Child Play 1-3, 5 inggit. Kehkeh.

Sakit kepala i.

(I don't know apa relation text in this picture with migraine. Anyone?)

Today I wake up with this annoying pulsating pain on my right front head (or whatever you call it) but I have to go to work. Kemarin sudah I take my day off. I reach hangar at 6.34 murning and dang, I fell asleep 'till Goh came in. Migraine datang lagi~ I go straight to the clinic after considering myself yang moody and bari kan menampar usulnya pasal payah control sakit kepala time ketawa but then di clinic atu banci ku batah menunggu ah, tapi relax, sabar.. (Baru jua buat post about that. LOL) AHAH! It was too disturbing until one point that I get off from there and balik, tidur. I'm awake now and I discovered that everything I munch was tasteless. Lucky my sense is there, the drink was sajuk tho I can't taste how membunuh the sweetness is. GREAT!

I just want to roll on bed and pampered. kehkehkeh.

ARM YOURSELF!

With just a few moves, you can reverse the trend of naturally occurring muscle loss that happens with age. Our plan alternates exercises for the fronts and backs of your arms with push-ups to sculpt your entire upper body. This type of training, called supersets, shapes lean, balanced muscles that look great and are less prone to injury. Bare your arms with confidence!

Workout At a Glance

What you need: Set of 5- to 8-pound dumbbells, exercise mat, sturdy couch or chair.
How to do it: Perform the exercises in the order shown 3 times a week on nonconsecutive days. Start with the Main move:. If that's too difficult, do the Make it easier: variation. For a greater challenge, try the Make it harder: version. After each move, do 3 to 5 push-ups.
For faster results: Use a heavier set of dumbbells (such as 10 to 12 pounds) so you can do only 5 or 6 reps of each exercise without resting, and do the whole routine twice through. To burn more calories, try some of our fun cardio options that engage the arms.

Lying Reverse Curl
Main move: Lie with knees bent and feet flat. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, palms in, with upper arms at sides, elbows at 90 degrees and slightly off floor and hands toward ceiling. Without moving upper arms, straighten elbows and lower weights to almost touch floor, then lift back to start. Do eight to 10 reps.
Make it easier: Rest elbows on floor or use lighter weights.
Make it harder: Lower in slow motion and pause before slowly raising weights.

Push-Up
Main move: Begin in a modified plank position on hands and knees, body in a straight line from head to knees, hands directly under shoulders. Bend elbows back, keeping arms close to body, and lower chest toward floor. Straighten arms. Do three to five reps.
Make it easier: Do knee pushups with hands elevated on a couch, chair, or staircase.
Make it harder: Do full push-ups on hands and toes, body in a straight line.

Lying Triceps Extension
Main move: Lie on back, holding a dumbbell in each hand with arms extended straight up over chest, palms facing in. Keeping arms parallel and upper arms stationary, bend elbows to lower dumbbells toward face. Straighten elbows and press dumbbells back to start. Do eight to 10 reps. Now do push-ups!
Make it easier: Hold a single dumbbell with both hands.
Make it harder: After each rep of the main move, lower one weight across body toward opposite shoulder, press back to start, and repeat with opposite arm.

Two-Part Curl
Main move: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, a dumbbell in each hand, arms at sides, palms facing back. Bend elbows to 90 degrees, rotating wrists so palms face up. Pause, then lower. Do eight to 10 reps, stopping at 90 degrees on final one.
Do eight to 10 more reps, bending elbows to raise weights toward shoulders and lowering to 90 degrees. Now do push-ups!
Make it easier: Do just the first portion of the exercise, curling to 90 degrees.
Make it harder: Lift dumbbells to 90 degrees, pause, and then curl all the way to shoulder before slowly lowering to start. Do 15 to 20 reps.

Arm Press-Back
Main move: Stand with left side facing a sturdy couch or chair, a dumbbell in right hand. Place left knee and hand on seat, keeping back straight; bend right arm to 90 degrees, elbow by hip, palm facing in. Keeping upper arm still, straighten elbow and press dumbbell back, rotating wrist so palm faces up. Lower. Do eight to 10 reps on each side. Now do push-ups!
Make it easier: Skip the couch and stand for more stability. Hold dumbbell by right hip, elbow bent behind you, left hand at side. Straighten arm to press weight backward. Switch arms after reps.
Make it harder: Balance on one leg, and use both arms at once. Tighten abs and hinge upper body forward slightly while extending other leg back, toes off floor. Switch legs halfway through reps.

The best cardio for your arms
Swimming: The water doesn't just cool you off: It provides full-body resistance you don't encounter on land. Your arms are key for propelling you forward, so you'll sculpt strong, sleek swimmer's arms while burning as many as 680 calories an hour.

Cardio machines with movable handles: Focus on pushing and pulling with every stride. Start by doing 1 minute with arms/1 minute without, and gradually increase. If your machine doesn't have handles, bend your elbows and pump your arms as though you're power walking.

Rock climbing: Grasping overhead handholds gives your upper body a fresh workout, and you can blast up to 750 calories an hour as you figure out the best route to the top. Find indoor climbing facilities nationwide at indoorclimbing.com.

Kickboxing classes: Throwing punches and jabs is a great way to get your heart pumping and melt up to 680 calories an hour. Get two free 20-minute routines to try at exercisetv.tv (just click on "kickboxing").

Canoeing or kayaking: Paddling down a river is the perfect family adventure—and it burns up to about 500 calories an hour.

Walking with poles: Studies show it can boost your calorie burn by more than 20 percent without making your walk feel any harder. Find poles and more info at walkingpoles.com.
